How much do you need to move into a rental property
Sydney (CBD), NSW 2000 is located within the Sydney local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
Good Day, I'm moving from NZ to Sydney. Not sure where I'm looking to rent, but want to know what cost can I work on to move into rental. This would be Bond and Rent per week. In NZ they ask a 4 week bond and 1 week rent in advance. Does this work the say in Australia?

Yes 4 weeks of rent is the bond and you also have to pay 2 weeks of rent in advance before you move in is the standard.
Depending on where you will be renting, the cost varies vastly!
