Need help in finding a calm locality to settle near kogarah

I am moving to sydney permanently by mid of march 17 to work in kogarah .could you please suggest a calm and affordable place nearby

Grays Point or Gymea Bay are neighbourhoods in the Sutherland Shire that are safe and perfect for raising a family. Access to water, national park and nearby Cronulla are all pluses, except the median home price is extremely high, as shire is an affluent/wealthy area.
