Swimming Pool vs. Swim Spa?

Hi everyone! Has anyone of you already heard about swim spas? Did anyone try one of them? I was thinking about installing one of these in the backyard instead of the regular swimming pool: http://splashes.com.au/product-category/swim-spas/
Any personal experience or advice?
