What's the best suburb in Sydney for a single mid-20yr old female in the $400 range?

1. Erskineville. Recently moved here for $335 pw + bills for single bedroom unit. Clean quiet street with plenty of professionals and singles. For $250, its hard to find a place for your own, but if you willing to share, you will be able to get your own room in a shared house.
2. You could also try Darlinghurst area. You might have to pay maybe slightly more for your own place. But, for $300 odd you can get a very good shared accommodation (own room, shared facilities).
3. Alexandria.
I cant talk about other suburbs much coz i havent lived in any other suburb in city. Hope this is helpful.
