Which area to live in?

Hi Everybody, we are looking to move over to Sydney in October, working for 3 years. Unsure of which areas to be looking at for homes, long term rental, which have good schooling for a 13 year old autistic child, currently attends mainstream school here in the UK and just holds his own. Work is in the Liverpool area so don't mind a little commute.
