Do you see many snakes in or around your home in Tallebudgera?

Might be a silly question, but Im from Sydney and thinking of moving to Tallebudgera. We like around the Tallebudgera Park Estate. Im PETRIFIED of snakes and never lived in a rural place. Just wondering how often youre likely to see a snake in your yard or home? Think I need to get on top of my phobia if we decide to move there. Its soooo pretty and peaceful though. Thanks in advance.
