"The people were very friendly"
I have the nicest memory of this place. I drove through a long time ago and I have to say the people absolutely welcomed us in in the very very early hours of the morning when we pulled in and there's a fantastic teddy bear shop there and a diner. I hope its still there. Buy a bear.

"Excellent escape to the country within reach of all facilities"
Great place to live with fresh air and splendid views - old dairy and bean growing area with great soils and easy access to Gympie ( 10 km).
School bus service to all age schools.
Very little traffic, very safe for children - variety of high and valley country with good creek and ground water.
Place abounds in fauna and birds with distinctive Bunya Pines and blocks of land set aside for nature reserves
Great for
- Peacefull, clean air, easy access to facilities
Not great for
- Some land slip areas, limited employment
