How long would a commute be from Bunnings to Agnes water or Tannum sands ?

just trying to figure out what will be best for us as we move out to Gladstone in 4 weeks time and want to live near the coast.......

Bunnings Gladstone to Tannum Sands is approximately 26 km; therefore you will need to allow a comfortable 30 minutes to arrive at Bunnings. During school time you will need to allow additional time, as there are Boyne Island Primary School and Clinton Primary School school zones to travel through. Also dependant upon time of the day, and during 2020, the Benaraby/Gladstone Road is undergoing extensive roadworks with stopping times up to 10 minutes.

Agnes Waters is a lot further commute and you would need to allow around 2 hours. At night you will need to be cautious and aware of wildlife as you are driving on country roads.
