Move to Terrigal - is the commute worth it?
Terrigal, NSW 2260 is located within the Gosford local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.

My missus and I are thinking of moving from Sydney to Terrigal (we have a young family and think the amount of space we could get for the price far outweighs anything in Sydney), but we have a few questions about the move. Would be grateful if people could provide some input:
1. Does anyone commute on the train from Gosford to Sydney daily? If so, how do you find it? Is it a massive grind, or does coming home to such a place make it all worth it?
2. What are the schools like in Terrigal/the area in general? I assume it is a pretty good place to raise kids in general, but would be grateful for feedback. Looking down the track, would a commute for the kids into Sydney to high school be feasible?
