Who are the key demographic moving to Noosa Shire at the moment ?
We are looking to develop a property in Tewantin close to CBD/School and want to see who is out there and what they want in housing ? We are only permitted to build units so are 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms more appealing and what would you use it for ? owner occupier/investment ?
