"Fantastic spot"
In the best part of Kensington by the old stockyard route and Kensington banks. Leafy parks aplenty, Newells Paddock, riverside park and the Marybrinong trail a few hundred metres away. Plus interesting old homes wherever you turn! You may sacrifice being closer to the trains and Kensington village shops, but if you like green spaces, this is a great spot.
