Hi Thanks for your question.

There really is no good and bad part of The Gap. The sections of The Gap come back to personal choice. You can look at the Gap in 2 sections, North and South of waterworks Rd . The Southern section of waterworks road has a good cross section of properties ranging from basic brick and tile to new contemporary builds. The southern side of The Gap is in the foothills of Mount Coot-tha and is close to walking, and bike tracks.

The northern side of The Gap again has a good selection of homes from post war style, brick and tile with a hand full of contemporary properties with some spectacular views. The Hilder Road state school is on this side of The Gap, along with St Peter Chanel school.

The Gap is famously popular for an almost rural feel, and most people we sell property to are already living in the area. The community is active in continually improving the liability of our suburb. You will love living in The Gap.
