Thanks for a GREAT review of the Chicago Loop/West Loop Downtown area! I fondly remember exploring a bit of it on my last trip to Chicago, a few winters ago. My travels took place in mid-January during a snowstorm so it was probably not the MOST favorable time for a Californian transplant (brrrr,shiver) to test their reactions to extreme changes in climate! Still, surprisingly, in spite of the difficult weather, I ended up having a wonderful time! I'm eager to return again so I can trek around and explore more of what the area has to offer!
There seems so many enjoyable attractions and activities in the Chicago Loop/surroundings that one could easily run out of energy long before running out of AWESOME (my favorite word) things to do, see, and explore!
