lyrebird crescent is actually a good location as its located in the middle of Stanhope shopping, Ponds shopping and Schofields station. I used to live there and moved to other side of the Ponds i.e. near Schofields road. Driving to Castle hill, Blacktown or the city takes me more than 5-10 mins longer compared to my old place at Lyrebird crescent. Its a convenient location. All areas in the Ponds are good anyway. It's the only suburb I think to have soccer, cricket, tennis, swimming rugby facilities and have a thriving community which makes it very liveable.
