What are the pros and cons of buying a house near the hospital ?
We are moving up mid year and the kids will be going to the Grammar school. We want to live somewhere close but are wondering about possible challenges of living near the hospital. Does it impact on property values? Is North St a really busy road that would mKe resale difficult? Any advice would be appreciated.
