Reviews of The Skyline, Sunbury

"The best balance between city and country life"

The Skyline is a perfect balance for those looking for a "tree change" without the hours of daily commuting. You feel like you are in the country, yet only 30 minutes from the CBD of Melbourne off peak and 10 minutes from Melbourne airport.

Children live like in the "old days", riding to friends homes on the many kilometers of tracks and bike paths in a safe and friendly environment.

The bus line connects you to the Sunbury township, in a few minutes which offers primary and high schools as well as the Victoria University campus, restaurants, cafes, pubs, movie theatres, public pools, sporting ovals and much more.

As there is very little through traffic the streets are quiet and friendly and most of the neighbours know each other and look after each other when you go away, are ill or just want to have a friendly chat.

The houses are new, spacious, on large blocks and all have uniterrupted views across Sunbury and onto the Macedon ranges, none of these Mcmansions on tiny blocks here, that's a promise.

The Skyline is also walking distance to cellar doors at some of Victoria's oldest wineries and one of the most relaxing streets I have ever lived on.
