"Small Town"
Quiet neighbourhood for the most part. The local school had great teachers but a real Problems with bullying, got emails about school lock downs constantly due to students.
Closest shopping centre was in Calwell.

"A Place Among the Trees"
Theodore is about 19kms from Canberra. It is a young family area to the south of the city almost at the easternmost point of the territory. There are few local entertainment and shopping options. However, there is a shopping centre at Greenway only 7 kms away which should amply meet any needs. It has plenty of green open space and affordable housing makes this area all the more attractive. It is a peaceful place that anyone would be happy to call home.
