"Comfortable friendly street"
A bit busier than some streets in Klemzig with a mix of treed and non-treed parts of the street. Third Ave is ideally situated close to the O-Bahn with Klemzig being the first stop. So only 8 minutes walk to the O-Bahn and 8 minutes to town from there.
Third Ave has a medical centre and physio at the OG Rd end, along with nearby takeaway Chinese and Pizza on OG Rd and a Post Office.
Friendly people on the street will be happy to say "hi" as they walk the dog and family by. The area needs a bit of work (some older retiree homes) but is up-and-coming with a mix of establised brick housing, new (and closely spaced) units and renovated homes.
A few too many homes are being bought and demolished with two or three placed on site, but the character of the suburb still shines through.
