"An absolute kids paradise!! Great commute to city (25 minutes) via Hampton Station and Shopping Strip"

Thomas Street Park- massive castle wooden playground, pony rides, rollerblading lessons and Loads of space to kick a footy around. Really great for barbeque get togethers. Dog friendly so friendly passers by and owners. Tke kids just LOVE going there.

Opposite, the Athletics track has just been upgraded; with little Athletics club, gym, netball, scouts (weekdays - dance studio), Sandringham Youth Club.

Great coffee at Thomas Street Cafe wedged between houses, hardly noticable (apart from the locals) and they deliver and pre make healthy meals.

Best of all, there is childcare at both ends of the street!

Fitness- private training at Thoms Street park, and gorgeous Yoga lessons near the Hampton street end.
Pros
  • Activities galore at the Park precinct
  • THE fitness Street
Cons
  • During Athletics season (March to October?) road busy Saturday mornings
  • Expensive property- houses get snapped up quickly
