Redland City Council rates includes water usage and access charges. Rates for a Townhouse would start from $600 per quarter the average home in the suburb would be around $850 per quarter which including water charges.

Really depends on where you are and land value. BCC my rate are about $340 a qtr and my land value is around $300k. Water costs us around $350 a qtr with 2 adults and 2 kids. (and we dont really "conserve" water)
