Do you mean every 6 months or a quarter? Because $900-$950 per quarter is more than 60% more than what most people are paying under Brisbane City Council.

Every 3 months = a quarter. Brisbane City Council rates doest include water charges.

Yeah in Brisbane Council rates are about $1,600 a year and water rates are about $800 a year. So that's like $2,400 a year but for Redland that would be like $3,700 a year?

Sorry I think there is a little confusion. The rates that I quoted are for apartments so they might be lower. Do you know the rates including water for Redlands for a townhouse instead of a house?
