Megan Ct, Thornlands, QLD

“Hidden Brisbane Bayside Acreage Gem”

Nice houses are located in this cul-de-sac. Minutes to the shops and transport, this premium acreage address has been tightly held until recent 12 months when some home owners chose to downsize. Residents enjoy their walks and privacy on th…

Mount Cotton, QLD

“Family friendly and lovely neighbourhood vibe”

We first considered moving to Mount Cotton just over 10 years. The new IGA and other specialty shops create a wonderful vibe in this family friendly suburb. On the weekends, the park is filled with families and scooters/bicycles.

Cleveland Tce, Ormiston, QLD

“Regarded as the BEST street in Ormiston”

Houses in this street are mostly on the gently elevated slope to capture the bay breezes. It is only 1 street away from the Esplanade, and all you hear is bird tweets and children laughters. If you ever need to leave this street, you wi…

Ziegenfusz Rd, Thornlands, QLD

“Walking distance to either private or public school”

Ziegenfusz Rd, Thornlands is wonderfully located with 2 great schools on it. It is also the main route connecting local families to north and south ends of the Redlands. Many beautiful acreage homes are highly sought after by large famil…

Sentinel Ct, Cleveland, QLD

“Exclusive sandy beach in your backyard”

Sentinel Court, Cleveland is regarded as the most expensive street in the Redlands! You may not know that Savage Garden’s Daniel Jones used to own his beach front house in this street until 2007. Only houses with even number give you th…

Victoria Point, QLD

22/05/2020

“Minutes to the water edge”

Victoria Point remains the most popular suburb in the Redlands. Affordability and convenience would be the main selling points for home owners living here. Only minutes to Thompson’s Beach and the gateway to Stradbroke islands, a good sele…

Ormiston, QLD

“A leafy suburb close to everything”

Most people are attracted to live in Ormiston because it ticks most boxes on their wishlist. You have good access to cafes and take away shops. Train takes you into the city and the leafy neighbourhood offers you peace and tranquility to …

Braidwood St, Thornlands, QLD

“One of the best streets in Thornlands”

It’s rare as hen’s teeth to see any resident wanting to give up this address! This beautiful location is so close to the water, and less than a minute walk to the dog park and walking trails. It’s also further away from majority of the h…

Cleveland, QLD

“Central to everything”

The main shopping centre serves majority of the residents. Raby Bay Marina offers fantastic dining experience and entertainment. Train station is great for the daily commuting to Brisbane and Gold Coast. Locals enjoy visiting the Lighth…

Thornlands, QLD

“Thornlands is a very family friendly suburb.”

Having lived in Thornlands for almost 9 years, I can highly recommend this suburb to people considering moving here. It’s located close to both Victoria Point and Cleveland, minutes drive to a good selection of public and private schools,…
