Hi Tamara01, A user mentioned in a suburb review the one negative aspect to the area is the traffic.

"We have lived in Thornleigh for over 2 years now. We enjoyed every second of it. It's quiet, close to parks and national park and most importantly we have lovely neighbours. Most of the houses are owner occupied and many of our neighbours have been living there for over 20 years. The only negative issue is the traffic in Pennant Hills Road in the rush hours."

That traffic issue will almost disappear as soon as the M1 and M2 tunnel will open by the end of the year. All large trucks passing through will no longer be allowed to travel on Pennant Hills Road, and will be redirected in to the tunnel.
