"Very quiet street - access to everything"
The street is a lovely quiet street with good neighbours & minimal traffic.
Minippi Parklands is a great walking track for people & their pets. It is also full of wonderful bird life.
Short walk access to Cannon Hill Shops & Bus Station, Dog Parks, Lunga St Shops, Seven Hills Bushland, the Clem Jones Sports Centre
Short drive to Carindale Mall, Oxford St Bulimba, Brisbane City, Train Stations and very close access to the Gateway making trips to the Gold or Sunshine Coasts (or indeed the airport) easy & fuss free.
