"Close to everything that is importnat!"
The suburb of STURT is close to Westfield Marion, Hospitals, Gp's, Supermarkets, Schools, Transport and the Beach...It is a quick 12-15 minute drive into the city and there are plenty of routes back to home during peak hour traffic. Friendy people throughout the area and all the old weatherboard homes are being replaced with stunning new buildings. The are is very green, with trees and beautiful gardens surrounding every street. Walking distance to Westfield shopping centre and Gp's, train station is a 10-15 minute walk away on average. I could go on for ever, but STURT is an overall great area to live in. Also the new State swimming Centre next to Westfield Marion is going to increase the value of all the houses in the are. So if you are thinking of moving into the area, do it before the project is totaly complete! I have secured my land, I know it is a wise investment...
