"Everything within walking distance"
A great new type of community is emerging at Varsity Lakes North shore. Great resturants and cafes at Market Square within walking distance of Bond Uni. Love walking around the lake particularly at night. Great bus services. Dead end culdersac but connected walkways to nearby commercial precinct. Central Park is great with kids bike track. Also North Shore park on the lake is great for family BBQs. Great bus services into Surfers and the Spit or up to Robina.
