As a resident of Twin Waters I find the area a very safe location and low crime rate. a very good Community watch system is in place and with a high percentage of people who either work from home, retired or are stay at home parents, there is always local noticing any unusual happenings in the area. Twin waters has it own residence association web site which can be found on the internet. there is a wide variety of local information covering just about every aspect of living in Twin Waters from whats happening, local events, Community neighbourhood watch information and local police reports on crime. this site is a good quick reference guide for the suburb
