Is Two Rocks a good area to live?

Two Rocks has a Marina, great for boaties, swimming etc, large IGA store, Post office/Newsagent, 2 Restaurants, Coffee shop, Liquor Store, Tavern, Hairdresser, Chemist and a few smaller shops. A larger shopping centre is currently being built in Yanchep due for completion soon. Yanchep has Doctors, St John Ambulance Police Station and Volunteer Fire Brigade as well as an Industrial area, along with several other bussinesses. Primary school at Two Rocks, one at Yanchep, with another one supposedly to be built in 2014 and there is also a High School. Employment wise, at the moment there would not be a great deal but with the new shopping centre, there will be prospects. Unfortunately, you would have to travel to Clarkson, 27ks or Joondalup, 37ks for banking. These towns also have much bigger shopping centres. There is also Public Transport between Two Rocks and Clarkson, saves driving in peak hour traffic!
