"Decently priced for convienient living"
I have moved to laverton in 2009.I like the suburb due to great freeway access and zone1 train station.I heard from neighbours that Lav has good schools and college.For a city commuter its like a heaven compare to any neighbouring suburb.It takes 40 mins from my door to my desk in cbd.Houses are old but cheap with good block sizes.I recommend for lav for budget conscious and city commuters.
