From my experience property prices within Underdale and surrounding suburbs (Torrensville, Lockleys, Flinders Park & majority of Brooklyn Park) are not affected by the airport. Some pockets of West Richmond and Brooklyn Park on the other hand may be affected due to their close proximity to the airport.
