Does anyone know whether Underwood going to major changes in future. Is logan council plsnning to redevlop Springwood Nd Underwood.

They have already rezoned springwood road area although no much development has taken place yet. Underwood Road is still mainly residential so depends on what you are looking to build. Not many sites left suitable for townhouses unless you can buy and few adjoining lots
