Have lived in this area since it was mainly Pineapple farms, Murrumba Downs has developed for the better and provides a quite easy life style that is still close to the Sunshine Coast and City. Public transport has improved and with the government's promise of a train station at neighbouring Kallangur will become even more convenient. Telstra have recently built a new mobile base at the local shopping centre so mobile phone reception has increased also. Great place to live!

Oxley has undergone a lot of changes recently, all for the better, we are happy to own a business here and enjoy every visit, stop for a coffee and have a look around. Train and bus all close and handy, motorway also. Traffic congestion is improving and the local council are planning more community consultation in regard to future planning and environmental issues.

Murrumba Downs has come a long way from the sleepy rural area dominated with Pineapple farms of yester year. Shops, spacious new homes and Townhouses now dot this very liveable area, we are very pleased to live here. Highway access is close by, mobile phone reception has improved dramatically since Telstra built a new base near the shopping centre. If the Government live up to their promise, then a new train station will be built in nearby Kallangur, increasing public transport from the area to the city.
