Some very lovely families living there who have to suffer verbal abuse and physical violence from a few unpleasant delinquent children who seem to delight in upsetting others

Its not a personal issue, its about disruption experienced in the very area this forum is about. Sorry if it doesn't help you to sell your house Riches!
