Parkdale beach is right at the end of the street which is great, but the street does get very busy in summer with beachgoers.

Train is a short walk, good schools in the area, close to Southland, Parkdale shops are decent (but with a great personal training studio).

The street is a mix of people, but there is a growing number of kids and young families. The neighbours are very very friendly and will go out of their way to lend a hand. It is not noisy at all and gardens are generally tidy

There are lots of parks nearby, some buses (nearest train station about 10 minutes drive) and some great take away food shops. Lots of shopping opportunities with DFO 2 minutes away, Parkmore 5 mins, Southland 10 minutes, and Chadstone 15 minutes. There are 2 state primary schools close by, and some excellent private schools withing 10 minutes.
