"Close to the beach, shops and has great elevated views."
Possibly the best location in Parkdale, being off beach rd at one end, and having the shops and station up the other end, with the Corso cutting half way through. no matter where you live on antibes, you will enjoy elevated views, be it of the bay or of the dandenongs.
very few units on the street give it an extra owner-occupier appeal too, with almost every home and garden on the street being maintained with a lot of pride.

"Nice street by the beach"
Parkdale beach is right at the end of the street which is great, but the street does get very busy in summer with beachgoers.
Train is a short walk, good schools in the area, close to Southland, Parkdale shops are decent (but with a great personal training studio).
