Moved here 6 months ago and we love it! The people are very friendly and we have wonderful neighbours. We moved from an area that we loved and lived in for 23 years but moved to be closer to the water. We were worried that we would not like it as much, but we do! It is a lot quieter here as where we lived was surrounded by major roads. We love the fact that it is also a few degrees cooler here too than our old neighbourhood. We also like the fact that we are in easy access of the city etc. We plan to stay here for a long time.
