"A Beautiful place to Live"

Lived in Langwarrin since 1985. It's a beautiful place to live. Very green and no mega shopping centres. Just two medium shopping centres
Close to beach....and situated next to all the freeways too 😃

"Calming Green Suburb Close to Nature & the Sea"

Enjoyed living here especially due to 15 minute proximity to the beach and 5 to 10 minutes to the most beautiful Nature reserves in Victoria. Langwarrin is a calm place beautifully positioned close to famous Cruden Farm, McClelland Sculpture and Art Gallery Park, Frankston Pier and 2 excellent shopping centres nearby -- Karingal Hub and Bayside Shopping Centre. The air is fresh here, it's a country town feel but also minutes from a train station and the beautiful beach side restaurants & pier.

"Langwarrin- A Bit Too Sporty"

I've lived in Langwarrin for all my life, and to be honest, it's really boring. If you're the kind of person who wants to try new things and cool hobbies, this isn't the place for you. Langwarrin is a very sporty town, but doesn't focus on other things like a library, bookstore or a cinema. It's great for nature and wildlife though! The traffic in the morning is horrible, all the schools are on the same street. And the houses are really ugly and/or expensive.

"Community and Family"

Myself and my team have lived in the area for most of our lives. I myself have lived in Langwarrin and Langwarrin South. Attending Langwarrin Park Primary School, which was a wonderful primary school, with great teachers.
The local community is amazing and second to non. The parks, schools and shops are sensational. A local Langwarrin community page for updates from your fellow neighbours, some helpful and informative, others just funny. You wont regret moving too or living in this beautiful/clean community.

"Great Community Spirit."

Having in the past lived and now working in Langwarrin, it's a fantastic little town, just 45
minutes from the CBD. Although there is plenty to see and do in the area.

"Langy" in inundated with great schools, great social clubs, plenty of parks and activities to keep the kids occupied. It's a very family orientated area, and one of the many reasons I plan to move back in the not so distant future with my young family.

Being 10 minutes from Frankston and 12 minutes from the beach is a bonus, and just a few minutes down Peninsula Link will have all that the Peninsula has to offer.

Whether you are looking for affordable housing with a unit, small home, large home, or acreage - Langwarrin has it all.

Reading these reviews, snakes seems to be a point of contention - I've never seen one personally, however I believe having the benefits of being surrounded by the beautiful bush land, the occasional creepy crawly is inevitable.

If you're not familiar with Langwarrin, put it on your shopping list when searching for a new home. You'll likely be pleasantly surprised!
