Hi there,
It depends what you’re after in your property. For the most part all of Langwarrin is good. Some locations sell for a higher price based on age/land size etc. A cheap area would mostly be dependent on the house as opposed to the area.

Langwarrin is a great town, lots of life and very welcoming. Your best bet is probably to move in around the schools there. I would say they would be the best spot for you.
