Hi guys,

I am thinking of buying a unit after experiencing all the positives in this area. My own experience & others feedback who moved in this suburb is plenty to project future potential of the suburb. Zillmere community is changing fast as more families moving either by renting or buying their first home here. Night life is getting better and safer. Many new dwellings (townhouses & units) are getting constructed in the area with other positives like excellent transport, shops, schools and medical, close to airport and CBD. Very close to Chermside Westfield and still affordable to rent / buy. I strongly recommend this suburb to live in or invest before this too becomes unaffordable in near future.
