"A wonderful place to live"
Owner from 2009. Have really loved being in Mernda. The atmosphere is great, close to many amenities. Plenty of new things being built for the people in the area, so they are always vigilant about looking after you best interest out here. Just dont use PROPERTY PLANET - Worst experince of my entire life. More than happy to advise why simply contact me on [email protected]. Other than that this area is wonderful.

we are also building house pack with Properties planet. they have been helping us wiht the home when other builder could not help us. everything good with lots of respect. Mernda is a very good place for our family and home looking good. i would build them again.
Totally agree with you Chris. Have had the worst experience ever with Property planet. I should have viewed their Facebook reviews first. All negative. They cost me an additional 20k for a smaller home to meet with the land size and covenance that they didn't read. Horrible people with no hearts or soul
i'm buidling with them now and have not found any problems at all. the house is being built quicker than all our neighbours. my wife made changes along the way too and they were very obliging. what stage is your house at?
