"One main road in and out, traffic, noise and vandals"

We nearly bought a block of land at Boora Boora road and thankfully we took the advice of friends and family to spend a week in the area first and do the commute in peak hour to and from the railway station and the schools. One word for the traffic- MAYHEM. The main road backing onto this street is both dangerous to get out of and extremely noisy, local louts also put rocks through some of the peoples windows backing onto the main road, there are blocks of land there that have been on the market for nearly a year and after 3 years in a new estate still not built on.If you like traffic, noise and vandals then this is the place for you.

Hi, I lived on the other side of the water off Brisbane waters rd and before that In North West Sydney. It's now summer and I've never seen what would look like "Mayhem" traffic In Kincumber. Yes It has a busy rd that cuts through the town and toward popular beaches but As an above comment said please move to Sydney to better Understand what Mayhem really Is :)

"Cute culdesacs and great school"

The family friendly culdesacs are are safe haven for kids to play and feel safe and Burraneer Bay school is just around the corner, if you are lucky enough to get a great spot you will never be sorry, highly recommended, premier spots include Elm place, Coral road and English street, all of which have a great atmosphere and lovely neighbours.
