Lots of beautiful homes located in a "suburb cul de sac" on the river. No one enters Salter Point unless they live in the area so it is very quiet and safe for all ages especially for the very young and aged. Boutique shops, clean and classy, close to the city, cycle paths along the canning river, plenty of parks amongst million dollar properties.
