Pacific Pines

"Such a great place to live"

We've lived here for 5 years having moved from Robina to be closer to work. We absolutely love it. The school is lovely and everything is so centrally located. We have a Woolies and the new shopping complex is getting a Coles so we won't have to go the 3 minutes to Helensvale anymore ! ; )
Our kids are happy and they play in the cul de sac with the other kids. It's only 10 minutes down Smith St to the Broadwater for a dip.
The shops and facilities meet our day to day needs, the family vets are fantastic.
I would highly recommend Pacific Pines to couples and families.

Great for

  • Easy access to everything
  • Ultra clean environment
  • Good housing
  • Pretty and affordable.

Not great for

  • Need the light rail to come to Helensvale

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • Students

I'm just wondering which school you are referring to? We are looking to move to the area and have kids in primary, so not sure if either state school would be fine :)

Hi we are moving to QLD soon from nsw just wondering if pacific pines is still a nice area?

AlishaB- we moved here just 3 months ago and love it! We have 2 young children and have moved into such a wonderful neighbourhood; friendly people, lots of space and a nice relatively new (7year old) home.. Couldn't be happier!! Good luck with your move!

Hi i have just been over from Adelaide for a good look around! Absoloutly loved it! Loved pacific pines, just wanted to know if there is a big difference between pacific pines high to helensvale high?? Same with the primarys too? Thankyou

I believe that pacific pines high is a much better school to Helensvale I personally just finished high school there last year. there is more help when it comes to learning support and the teachers are wonderful. and the school is very multicultural.

Ah that's great to hear thank you

AyshaM

no worries

I also am looking at relocating from NSW to Pacific Pines and are constantly looking at reviews about the area. One thing that keeps coming up is that there is a big drug problem in the area. I know it happens in most areas but looking for people that live there to give some honest feedback.

Just moved up from Penrith,NSW...love Pacific Pines. ....i have seen NO evidence of a drug problem. ...perhaps there is...if your looking for that sort of thing...we love it here....best part of the GC to live with a family. ...easily accessible to everything without living in the tourist hustle and bustle of Burleigh etc
