Noble Park
"Average Suburb with Lot to offer"
Its nice place to live, about 45 mins from City centre. Its central to all facilities,pool and shopping centre like Parkmore,Waverly Garden , Dandenong Plaza. Three train station NOble park, Sandown and Yarraman. Its been getting the uplift in recently. Also Prices in Noble have started going upward due to all this development going around here.
Great for
- Its catching Up with other expensive neighbouring Suburbs with house value
- Plenty of markets within short distance.
- Surrounded by larger city services of Springvale,Dandenong & Keysborough.
- Train Service, frequent as 2 lines go through.
- Great facilities, aquatic centre, parks, sports ovals
- Authentic take away food. indian, chinese etc
Not great for
- Loud, Apathetic neighborhood, much akin to public housing.
- No central nightlife/pub other than an RSL.
- Still a low income area, but many signs of change.
