Innaloo

"Very industrial Suburb..."

This suburb is conveniently located being close to Karrinyup and Osborne park.
The better properties in this suburb are closer to Doubleview where there is a hill that looks down on perth city skyline.

Public transport links are not great, most buses run down scarborough beach road, and the freeway is close... Innaloo shopping center is very industrial...

Cottesloe

"Close to the beach... Very expensive..."

Most of the older houses in cottesloe are set on big blocks of land 500sqm+. A few years ago cottesloe was just about affordable suburb... but in recent time a lot of the older houses have been ripped down and replaced with stylish duplexes as subdivides. Which has made the property market in this suburb boom.

The suburb is conveniently located between fremantle and perth. Expensive but basically as close as you can get to the beach.

Surry Hills

"Good place to live and work... expensive but is worth every cent."

Surry Hills is a nice tree leafed suburb located within walking distance of Sydney CDB. (a village in a city feel) This suburb is close to everything, parks, recreation, cinemas, pools, and a short journey to the beaches.. Crown street has a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes and good night life. The locals are friendly and this is a very social place.

House and units are expensive but you get what you pay for, there is a lot of refurbishment/development happening in the area... and one things for sure the house prices in this suburb are not going down. Get in while you can.! for investor this is an absolute winner and for buyers its a convenient lovely place to live.

Bayswater

"Great investor Suburb... With big potential growth."

I have lived in Baywater for just over 2 years.

Bayswater is a good commuter suburb... with all amenities near by including parks, shops, cinemas, recreational center (Bayswater Waves), Airport. This suburb has great transport links to the rest of perth (10 minuttes on the train) and is good for families, couples etc.

There is a lot of development happening in the area... with housing refurbishment and development this has big potential.

Great for

  • Close to Shops
  • Good Transport Links
  • Friendly People.
