It is close to all most all social, cultural and educational facilities. Flinders University and Hospital just on a five minutes drive, Marion Cultural Centre, Marion Shopping Centre and newly constructed Marion Swimming Centre are just a few to add in, there’s lot more in this suburb. I’ve lived for ten years in this suburb and have enjoyed my time with friendly and lovely neighbourhood. And I just don’t want to move anywhere else!!! This is a suburb positioned well for main transport routes to and from the CBD. Brighton and Glenelg Beaches are not far from here.
