"If I can protect a young family from moving here; I will."
If you aren't born and raised in this town, you'll be subject to small town gossip. You wont be considered a local until you've lived there for over 10 years. Even thats questionable. The first place I've had children bully me when walking into the Batemans bay public school. It is also the first place I've been where the parents will condone bullying to a minor. Just dont do it.

This comment is in keeping with so many others I have read on many review platforms. Such a shame so many towns are going this way across the state. Makes it very hard for people to find anywhere to live & be reasonably safe!
