Lived in the area for close to ten years. Safe, affordable and very well serviced by facilities and shops. No reason to leave the area. Great public schools too. 35 minutes on train to CBD for work. 2 bunnings, 2 KFC's, 2 Macca's to choose from at either end.

Close to good schools, transport and retail with quick access to motorways.

Most homes are of good quality and well maintained. There are some run down rentals in the older part but this is not any worse then other suburbs. Greedy landlords who do absolutely nothing to the property whilst collecting maximum rent and extracting maximum bond. Blight on modern day society. Not exclusive to Warner.
