"There are better places to live if you want peace and quiet."
Some small blocks it gets really hot in summer and you are living too close to neighbours. Narrow streets and barking dogs. There are better places to live than Arundel.

Not sure what this person is talking about. The majority of homes (not townhouses) are on bigger blocks (over 700sqm).
