We moved from Runaway Bay two years ago to Coomera and cannot wait to come back. The Runaway Bay shopping centre has the essentials except a Kmart but it's only a short drive to Helensvale shopping centre. The suburb is a short distance to the Broadwater and to city. Only con is it is quite expensive to live there, especially if you're just in an apartment but that doesn't deter us, we'll definitely be going back in the new year.

We live on the east side of Coomera in an estate, I don't love it but I don't hate it. We moved here because of the value for money, for a stand alone house is the same per week as an apartment closer to city/beach. It's only a 20-30 minute drive to the beach and same towards Brisbane which is a positive. Problem with the houses is that we're all like a bunch of sardines in a can, very close, I can hear my neighbour fart. We have been here for two years now but are looking to relocate.
